The top purple poster was on display in the Walters Museum during the month of March of 2009.
The posters highlighted one aspect of the illuminated manuscripts of the exhibit that really stood out to me - the way the artists not only fixed mistakes in the manuscripts, but did it in a way that was visually pleasing. If a word was left out, an artist created an interesting pulley system that connected the left out word back into its rightful place as opposed to scrapping the entire page and starting new.
